Pros

Strong entrepreneurial spirit, lots of freedom, inspiring owner (Kathy), lots of free cookies, bagels, and pastries (if you're into that). Big desks and physical office environment is comfy.

Cons

The flip side of the pros: Management has no direction and expects you to do their job for them (for extremely low pay). Administrative assistants (also called junior recruiters and application assistants) are treated like absolute dirt. Recruiters, who are supposed to be co-workers, order them around like personal assistants even though they have their own set of full-time duties (and the managers don't care about this activity). Admins are forced to pull and present prizes to recruiters that they will never qualify for in a demeaning process. Admins and junior recruiters are given embarrassingly low pay, and expected to watch while higher-paid recruiters routinely come in late, take extended lunches, and make one call an hour and get in no trouble because they are friends with management. In short: A group of friends took over the management at this company and they pray off of and make money off of anyone stupid enough to accept a job working there. Easily the worst company I ever worked for.
