- Very unreasonably strict HR with no care even if employees are working overtime. Unpaid overtime and will call you out for being few minutes late for some days, even if you work overtime extra hours and are coming on time regularly. - Managers have unreasonable expectations, poor project planning and scoping and understanding effort required for tasks and projects, - No visibility on what the company is working on to bring a positive impact for the company to. - No raises, minimum salary, long working hours (9.5 hours per day), in person in office everyday, not much growth on learning and skills
