Pros
Supervisor is awesome! Received good training and supervisor and other associates were only a phone call away if I had questions. Very chill work environment.Days that are needed off are given. Make yourself available to work and you will get good hours. Work under very little supervision most of the time you are alone. Can be doing homework and on the phone when there is down time which I like. No manager on your back. Helpful and nice co-workers. Can work and get family and friends hired. Very little stress and the job is very easy. Great entry level job little experience needed.
Cons
Pay can be better....but half of the time you are not working because you get a lot of down time. Some workers can be rude and get impatient to really nice customers who need help.
