      Work from home facility on some conditions, which is very good in exigencies Non-formal work culture Helpful work environment

      Cons

      No work-life balance, working hours are not fixed You have to spend effective 8 hrs in your legend, even your washroom, lunch time doesn't get included in effective You may have to work on weekends as well

      Pros

      Dolcera pays good but they just use your college brand name to get more projects from clients.

      Cons

      I would suggest not to join this company. Managers have minimum technical/IPR knowledge and no experience in dealing with their respective team members. Unrealistic expectations set by managers and MD worsen the culture. No work-life balance. Less scope of growing skills. No proper training to freshers is given. HR are just puppet of management.
