Pros
The technology and what Dolby is making is super interesting and innovative. The office is cool, with perks like a full cinema and city views. The 9/80 schedule is unbeatable.
Cons
Management is the worst issue here. If you have a bad manager or department head, then your life will be much harder. Management lacks leaderships skills and could do more to make their employees feel valued and heard.
