Pays on time, is the only good thing about it

Management is a complete mess. Young people without real world experience, playing to get high kpis so they get a bonus. No training programs, almost non existing documentation. Expected to work over time on dialy basis, but then management complain your bonus is too high even when they set it. A great please if you have some months while landing something better, although you'll leave exhausted . No career opportunities if you are ot friends with management.

None that stand out here

No clear processes, chaotic working environment, and a culture of blame where people point fingers instead of solving problems. There is little to no support from leadership, and documentation and knowledge sharing are almost nonexistent
