Good attendance and hard work the sky is the limits.

Health insurance is not great, no 401k match

There just aren’t any pros to list.

No advancement opportunities, poor communication from all levels of management, vacation/PTO basically non-existent, archaic culture of “live to work”, no work/life balance. Job stability based on upper management’s mood on any given day. Have to walk on eggshells. Poor training. Minimal to no safety standards and practices, major accidents are common.
