      Pros

      Training and information to learn is compartmentalized. Management and trainers at the training store are patient, enthusiastic, and have an incredible eye for detail. Their knowledge is beyond complete. Their patience is much appreciated. This is THE cleanest and most organized restaurant I have ever worked in.

      Cons

      Training manuals are confusing and pieces are out of order.

      many long time employees. money is good. clientele is a lot of regulars which makes making money easy
