      * Small Company - your views and ideas are listened too - you are not just a number. * Way above average pension scheme! they encourage you save for your retirement. * Considerate of outside work commitments and disabilities. * Variety of work. * Flexible. * Low staff turnover. * Management is approachable and easy to communicate with.

      Cons

      * If you want every employee benefit under the sun then this isn't the place to work. * It is a small company - if you want to progress up a career ladder this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      - Wide variety of customers with different infrastructure means you'll get great exposure to different technologies - Learning new technologies/tools is encouraged and dogsbody are willing to pay for certifications/courses - No blame culture and pleasant work environment - Opportunities for hybrid and remote working

      Cons

      - Timetracking can be tedious and a bit much at times - Small company and so salary progression isn't very competitive as opposed to bigger ones

      Pros

      Brilliant opportunities for staff. Dogsbody Technology run an apprenticeship program which has so far gone on to hire all staff after completing their apprenticeship. Staff are given a training budget and encouraged to "find their passion".

      Cons

      Dogsbody Technology is a small company at the end of the day so large salaries for small roles isn't going to happen I'm afraid.
