I liked the team and founder I just couldn't operate the way they operated.
Cons
Management was very micro-managey and everything had to be approved or reviewed on a meeting which of course wasn't scalable. Project management tools, workflows and communication was very inefficient.
- remote for some
- work/life balance is pretty good
Cons
- you won't get credit for your hard work
- you'll get berated for any small mistake you make
- management is gutless and knows they must walk the tight rope in order to not upset the owner
