Autonomy, Support, Great upper management, Office Environment, Incentives/Rewards, Culture. I love working at Dodson. All of the upper management is very understanding and you are not scolded if you make a mistake. We act as a family in the office with minimal drama. I have never loved coming to work, but I think I have finally found the company that doesn't make me drag myself out of bed. Dodson's company culture is awesome and is hard to come by in the work-force now a days. There is a lot of trust and responsibility put on employees and that is what makes it great as well.
