Amazing Place to Work - Anonymous employee Dodd Creative Group Employee Review

I have worked at Dodd Creative for over 5 years. The biggest pro is we all have the same drive and passion for the work we do and the clients we service. I have never worked with a more talented, professional group that wouldn't stop doing what they are doing at any given minute to help someone else get a problem solved or a project over the finish line. We all come to work to work hard but at the end of the day, we can leave work where it is and get home to our personal lives and recharge.

With growth comes growing pains. Solutions aren't always the most obvious but through the last few years we have all learned what it takes to make ourselves and our company successful without losing touch with every single person that works with us.

New (especially junior-level) employees will probably have the opportunity to learn a lot, add a line to their resume, and even do some good work. It may even be worth it, in the short term.

Work here long enough and you'll witness truly shocking displays of abuse, manipulation, and unprofessionalism. That's not a bug, it's a feature—because this place runs on fear.
