The opportunity to work on meaningful projects with very talented and passionate producers. There are a lot of strong female role models here, in particular. Overall, they have a great work culture.

Although they talk the talk, they could do better in hiring people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Some of the employees have worked there for too long and are out of touch with the processes used by other production companies. It's also a little gossip-y.
