Pros

Can't think of any at all.

Cons

The woman who is the president of this location is a terrible manager, and really doesn't know how to run a business. She's high strung, seems to be out of the office more than she's in, and lets her personal life interfere with running the business. No training to speak of, the software stinks, and they're just not very well organized. While they say that telecommuting isn't available, the other salesperson is allowed to telecommute whenever she wants. There's no business vision or direction here. They'd be far better off hiring an general manager to run the company or sell it to their British division.

Pros

There is a great opportunity to grow, and be the "CEO" of your own business. Great leadership, that gives you the tools to run your business as you see fit. Friendly atmosphere, with small office culture.

Cons

Being a smaller office, they don't have all of the luxuries big offices do, so that might be a con, depending on what type of culture you prefer. For me, I prefer it this way.

Pros

Still trying to figure it out.

Cons

Ever walk into a Mom and Pop shop they expect you to know everything. This is exactly that. No training curriculum, HR benefits is spacy, and to learn business operations is a joke. They tell you to ask questions and then critize you later for "reiterating" and pulling you in 50 different directions on top of you under salaried job with many hats. I'm going to be nice and stop now and just advise. There are better opportunities, with more pay and less responsibility. Also be careful of a vindictive business owner/shark. You will only prosper if you are working 80+ hours a week. Even thought you agree to 40. Need not apply if you are Indian.
