      This is a great company with a fantastic mission doing work that really helps people. Flexibility in work location and hours.

      Cons

      Poor and demotivating work culture in engineering. No management or HR. Usual small business growing pains: disorganized; reactive and not proactive. No steady work stream as contractor.
