1) New leadership frequently engaged in micromanagement, limiting empowerment and trust 2) Inconsistent direction and reactive decision-making led to high turnover - no job security. 3) Product implementation timelines were often misrepresented to clients, creating avoidable frustration and damaging trust. 4) Following my departure, leadership shared details about the transition with other employees in a manner that felt inappropriate and unprofessional.
