6yDuring big changes, such as a new CEO, some people will feel uneasy and there will be a period of disruption. The change of CEO has been a managed process to introduce a more tech experienced CEO. The initial expected changes have now happened and we are finding a new equilibrium that I hope you can be a part of.
I am unsure about the comments on bonuses - we actually paid out more in bonuses to staff this year than last. Our flexible working policy is still in place, but yes, we have tightened up working from home so that people should be in the office more often than not. This has been in order to improve communication and interaction with each other.
