-it's a start up, things are little un organized, and you have to roll with the punches and weather the storm. We have to figure things out as they come up. -running a lean business that is almost breakeven after 2 years with virtually no funding makes it tough to splurge on things that typical startups with millions of funding blow their money on to have fun. -work life balance is tough as we grow sales and product development
