very few. The people in the office were fun though.

Work goes unappreciated, expectations are unrealistic, pay is not good and ideas are not acted upon. Dreaded going to work.

Hi,
I am sorry that you had a negative experience at Doctify.
I wanted to address a couple of points you raised directly. I don't know when you worked at Doctify and are aware that we had changes in the leadership just before the summer.
Let me elaborate on a few points mentioned by you and I hope you feel that they are adressed now.
We recently held a 'dragon's den' type of competition where Doctifiers presented their business ideas. The external judges selected the best ones and we are curretly working in implementing the best ideas in our regular processes.
We implemented a bi-weekly Town Hall meetings where employees have the opportunity to ask questions anonymously as well as an open floor Q&A session to ask the leadership team whatever they like.
We also started a monthly 'All hands meeting' where teams update each other about their progress. We try to encourage an open conversation during that meeting.
We wish you could experience the company as it is now. We wish you all the best in your career.

Pros
Fun and inclusive work environment. You are able to do work that helps other peoples lives.
Cons
Moving locations frequently due to fast-paced growth. Really wasn't an issue though.
Negative reviews and covered up with positive reviews but pls go back and read carefully. Internal processes and expectations can feel inconsistent, with limited structure or clear guidance in some teams; Onboarding can be quite unstructured, making it difficult to build confidence early on; Communication and feedback are not always clear or aligned, which can create confusion and unnecessary pressure; Hybrid flexibility is essentially discussed, but in practice can feel inconsistent depending on the person; At times, decisions appear to prioritise short-term operational needs over employee experience
