Doctible Response
8yThanks for the feedback. This is a tough one. It looks like you are unhappy with the company, the sales process, the pay, the product and our prospects of staying in business. That does not seem like a situation that anyone should be in and I take responsibility for it. The pizza and dress code should not be the reasons why someone comes to work at Doctible. However, there are some items I do need to clarify: Pay: We talk about pay numerous times before anyone is recruited and there are multiple employees who have hit the tier bonus as per the schedule we have discussed during recruiting. I am going to assume that you incorrectly marked the "more than a year" since anyone over a year is on the highest level of comp plan. As I do mention in another comment, if someone is not meeting their bonuses consistently, then unfortunately the individual is not performing. The base salary increases by 37% for someone if they just performed at base level in ~5 months or less. Old methods: This one is surprising. If you are a current employee, you know that we had our best month ever in June in the sales team and we are growing rapidly month over month. Product: I'd take a challenge on this one since customer success and product is something I am extremely passionate about. Are there competitors? Absolutely. Do they do a great job? Absolutely. Competition pushes us all to be better. 1000x? Let's talk. Lastly, about the company never turning a profit: Don't worry, I'm on it.
