      Pros

      For Indian employees, Indian cuisine available with Indian cooks, market standard salaries with fair bonuses, timely promotions especially for engineers.

      Cons

      Hap hazard management style, Superintendents with very less and inbred experience, A desi style of approach for everything. Long waits in Mumbai at own expense due to lack of planning.
