Pros

- Pay was above average

Cons

- Management would through around different ideas and expect things to get done without actually implementing a strategy or start implementing one and changing it continuously or in some cases forgetting it all together then blaming you for not 'figuring it out yourself'. - There is no structure or formal procedures they stick too and are so slimy about slipping away from responsibility or communicating effectively. - If you join the sales team BE AWARE that they will threaten you with a performance review (HR will say that the procedure is that they will need to put you on this first before letting you go but that is not the case as they 'judge' your performance if you are able to 'handle' being put on that performance review BEFORE actually putting you on the review) So basically they can just let you go whenever they want and don't actually value you as an employee. - Onboarding is terrible and barely explains the USP's of the platform or why they are different to their competitors. Be aware that if you don't figure this out, Sales enablement will be on your case about 'not figuring it out yourself'. - Overall I wouldn't recommend this company, your best working off were you are actually valued and not super stressed out all the time.

Pros

Base salary is OK Benefits are good Commission and bonuses can be good

Cons

Changing bonus structure after a quarter starts, there are times when you will lose commission unfairly. You are responsible for everything, be prepared to have to do everything even if it's out of the scope of the CSM role and be accountable for everything. Leadership does not help, only questions you, doesn't provide any guidance only criticizes you and they will criticize you in front of others and often No work/life balance, leadership works all of the time and they will question if something slips because you weren't on top of it. I think the expectation is everyone has to work all of the time. No vacation time, good luck taking time off and actually being able to step away. CSMs have way too many accounts, there is a lot of turnover on this team and it's because of leadership. CSMs are toxic and do not support each other Leadership thinks CSMs should be on calls all day but also be strategic and proactive. If you want to stay ahead be prepared to work evenings and weekends. I don't see how this company will continue to grow in it's current model, it's like working at a high school where popularity is more valuable than performance. No growth opportunities for CSMs.
