Pros

Docebo is a great place to work if you enjoy a fast-paced, high-growth environment and want real ownership over your work. There’s a lot of exciting work to do, especially as the company continues to scale and evolve, which creates meaningful opportunities to build, improve, and influence how things are done. You’re not just maintaining processes, you’re actively helping shape them. The people are a big highlight - smart, collaborative, supportive, and genuinely want to know you personally. I feel very encouraged and safe to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape how things are done. I'm so happy I joined!!

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly, there are a lot of moving pieces and some operational processes are still being figured out. This can occasionally slow things down or require course correction. Success here often depends on being adaptable and comfortable navigating some ambiguity. Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to collaborate across teams are especially important.

Base salary is OK Benefits are good Commission and bonuses can be good

Cons

Changing bonus structure after a quarter starts, there are times when you will lose commission unfairly. You are responsible for everything, be prepared to have to do everything even if it's out of the scope of the CSM role and be accountable for everything. Leadership does not help, only questions you, doesn't provide any guidance only criticizes you and they will criticize you in front of others and often No work/life balance, leadership works all of the time and they will question if something slips because you weren't on top of it. I think the expectation is everyone has to work all of the time. No vacation time, good luck taking time off and actually being able to step away. CSMs have way too many accounts, there is a lot of turnover on this team and it's because of leadership. CSMs are toxic and do not support each other Leadership thinks CSMs should be on calls all day but also be strategic and proactive. If you want to stay ahead be prepared to work evenings and weekends. I don't see how this company will continue to grow in it's current model, it's like working at a high school where popularity is more valuable than performance. No growth opportunities for CSMs.
