      competitive salary at the time of joining. Got exposure.

      Cons

      Delayed salary payments-often by month or more, creating financial stress for employees Poor hygiene and maintenance-washrooms were not clean despite repeated requests. Toxic work culture-CEO uses threatening language towards employees No flexibility or empathy Fear-based environment- fear of being humiliated publicly. Those who are in good books of management will get enough leaves, work from home and do nothing after coming to office.
