We are so sorry to hear you had this experience here. Diversity is an important topic for us, we recently did our first Diversity survey to understand how all our team members experience Diversity in DP and to learn where we can impact this further in a positive manner. We now have a Diversity leader onboard that is focused on awareness and education about diversity, inclusion, and equity as well as creating a community for specific groups in Docplanner.
