While a great fit for many, I’m sorry to hear that DocNetwork ended up not being a good fit for you. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this candid feedback.
You are correct, in the past we often relied on our team members to jump right in and learn as they go. However, as the size of our team has grown quite a bit over the last year, we've greatly improved the formal training process for our new hires. With that said, we still are, and always will be, a firm believer that our team members learn best by doing. We'd much rather a team member try something new and fail, then never push their limits.
One of the great things about DocNetwork as a fast-growing company, is career advancement opportunities. I can assure you that we do not play favorites, but we absolutely do reward our hardest working team members and those that help propel our business forward (our "rockstars"). Many of our team members have been promoted to leadership roles quickly, and we expect everyone on our team to over-deliver, exceed expectations, ask great questions, and show that they care.
Our team that has grown considerably, and while we're not without growing pains, we have an incredible team. We continue to invest in our team, and care deeply about team members, current, former and future. We are committed to moving this team forward with an emphasis on transparency, honesty and authenticity.
If you'd like to discuss further, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Feedback like yours helps keep us accountable, so thank you.
