Honestly, the work culture is insanely toxic, I have had multiple coworkers cry several times a week after work or ultimately leave because the work culture, middle management, and executives simply don't care about individual growth/development (or just as human beings). The roles are also insanely underpaid for the Bay Area, and primarily takes advantage of new grads that come from a medical/biological sciences background either trying to break into Tech or take some time before Grad school.
They mention that DocMatter is high growth, but it still has the same revenue and minimal growth since inception--this is one of the startups, where there isn't an upside. They will mention that the executives have a lot of connections and experience in the Bay Area, but that is true for most startups. It would be more worthwhile to take your time to find an employer with a real HR program.
