      Pros

      Not a lot of micromanaging for medics.

      Cons

      Benefits are atrocious and clearly designed to deter employees from taking them. $2600/month for a family and there’s still a deductible. Insane. Literally eight times the amount of other local companies.

      Pros

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Cons

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
