      Pros

      Pay was pretty good but bonuses were horrible.

      Cons

      Communication and leadership issues from the top. Disorganized and lacks long-term planning and vision. HR department very inconsistent. Did major hiring for a project with no contract in place and had to layoff hundreds when project did not go through.

      Forward thinking with focus on how to improve healthcare delivery! I am fully supported in my division with the resources needed to be successful.

      I honestly do not believe there are any cons that I am aware.

      None just that it is a small company so role may not be safe if business is not doing well
