      Pros

      The pay is nice and scheduling can be accommodating. During my time, I felt recognized for the work I’ve done with the company. There are definitely opportunities to grow as an EMT within the company.

      Cons

      Staffing issues can cause people to be overworked and acquire more responsibility. Because of this, work-life balance can be comprised temporarily. If you’re looking to utilize all the skills taught in EMT school, this job does not have those opportunities depending on the market.

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
