      Pros

      Responsive, supportive management team. Great overtime opportunities and you can move up in the company from a temp to a permament employee to a supervisor to a manager.

      Cons

      In the context of the emergency humanitarian housing response, the hours available fluctuated and temps were fired in waves without warning. Daily workflow was everchanging and at times confusing/redundant/counterintuitive.

      Great employees, get to travel alot if you're into that, pay is good compared to other ems companies.

      Job security, no room for growth when it comes to pay no matter how long you are there for.
