Pros

Great ownership and management team. Functional, well designed space to minimize wasted steps. Really great set-up for a server. Quick kitchen, great food, affordable, fast table turn time. Demands extensive product knowledge, you have to know the food to sell it. Very fast paced, not an ideal spot to learn to wait tables unless you're a supreme multi-tasker. Awesome co-workers and customers.

Cons

Downsides...not many. Unfamiliar menu and food items means you actually have to study a bit to learn the cuisine. No fries, no ketchup, no bread, no cheese, hey...it's primarily Asian food. But there's also no silverware to roll or ketchup to marry. Wait, those are positive.

Pros

The restaurant is well organized and management is there to help. Things are where you need them to be, and the food comes out at a consistent standard, making your job a lot less stressful. Great place to hone down your serving skills. Nights are not late and scheduling is done with common sense.

Cons

Money is not great. Table checks can get large, but not as often as you'd like, so it becomes about how quickly you can turn your tables. The food itself is nothing out of this world and can begin to taste like variations of the same thing. Be ready to deal with lots of families, and therefore tons of children making messes. Closing work can also be a little over tedious.
