Poor Management - Technical Support Representative Dobson Technologies Employee Review

I had a great employment experience with Dobson. I met a lot of amazing people that I’m still connected with.

I don’t have anything but positive things to say about this organization.

-Basic health plan is paid for you if you don’t go with a paid option. -Depending on the dept, gear is provided.

-I can’t speak for management in other depts, but the dept I was in wasn’t good. Extremely out of touch with what was going on in the dept or wasn’t being told what was going by the 2 supervisors. -Over worked and grossly under paid.
