      Pros

      At the time was able to work from home or hybrid, snacks, HR was good when we had one.

      Cons

      Terrible management, yelling in office, heavily influenced by overseas team, stopped caring about the consumer and just profit. Outside hires for upper management terrible instead of promoting within. Time management/expectations for projects and result were not possible.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, great office space with tons of amenities. Hybrid work schedule. Good money and bonus structure.

      Cons

      No real room for growth since it is a Chinese run company. Corporate will not or cannot make changes needed to compete with other faster growing marketplaces. Held back by API’s that cannot support other more robust systems. Cannot keep up with amazon trends.
