      Pros

      Really relaxed place to work. You never have to worry about being fired.

      Cons

      The company really used to be a great place to work. But then the company laid off some managers who had key responsibilities and they chose not to replace them. Their responsibilities then got forgotten about all while they needed to still be addressed. Zero advancement opportunities. When you express concerns to management, they literally laugh it off. They don't care if their sales representatives lie to customers.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, great office space with tons of amenities. Hybrid work schedule. Good money and bonus structure.

      Cons

      No real room for growth since it is a Chinese run company. Corporate will not or cannot make changes needed to compete with other faster growing marketplaces. Held back by API’s that cannot support other more robust systems. Cannot keep up with amazon trends.
