Pros
The team is full of true pros, all super passionate about what they do and the product, plus they’re genuinely great to work with. The product solves a real problem, and we’re using the latest tech and AI. There are tons of opportunities to learn and grow in your role. Everyone’s work is meaningful and you can really make an impact. Management sees you as a real person, recognizes your contributions, and gives real flexibility and work-life balance (even though things move fast)
Cons
t's got the fast pace you'd expect from a startup, and everyone is expected to really own their area of responsibility. Sometimes you learn as you go, which actually keeps things interesting. Honestly, I can't think of any real downsides.
