Well positioned startup, great place to work - Solution Engineer DoControl Employee Review

DoControl has a particular niche where it does exceptionally well in the cybersecurity space. The product just works and its easy to implement. We in GTM are not afraid to run POCs and we even encourage it. I've worked at a few startups and the quality of life that comes with having a functional product is incomparable. This happened because there is a good culture here of feedback and self-criticism. I've been at too many places where management downplays competition and is caught flat footed when deals are lost. That doesn't happen here, competition is taken seriously into product development.
