If your site has a good culture, it is a wonderful place to work. I do not dread coming to work like I did at toxic workplaces in the past. The work I do feels meaningful and I feel that management cares about me, my progress, and actually wants to truly do our best to help those we serve, which unfortunately isn’t true for other jobs I have been in.

Communication breakdown between program managers and the executive team. Some things have been told to me by a program manager which executives don’t know about and won’t always uphold the promises that had been made by your program manager.

They give a good starting pay.

The abuse you endure from both the clients and the supervisors is crazy and so bad it is illegal. Their facilities are so dirty and they do not care.
