Great for networking or just getting started in your field. Very flexible for students or misc. schedules.

Pay is very low and limited as the Plaza receives EDA grant funding.

There are plenty of good jobs here and great experiences to be had. In principle, this one should have been great, too.

The students I tutored wanted to talk to me until long past closing hours. When they were focused, like before a test, they were great, but other times they were impossible to keep on track. All they wanted to talk to me about was Hunter Biden's laptop. I wish I was joking but that must've come up from different students like 2-3 times a week for most of the semester. I had to cut a few students off for this and other excessive political speech during tutoring sessions. There are plenty of students who need real help to be wasting time on people who aren't there to learn.
