Pros
There is honestly no Pro to this Job.
Cons
Was completely lied to about schedule when I was first hired on, was told i would have a day off and a Sunday off. This is not so. Once March rolls around, forget any type of day off. Forget your wife, your kids, your family, you now belong to Dixie. The pay system in sales is 100% commission, no sale no pay, pretty much NO training, and you have to split your first 3 deals with your "mentor" who will be to busy to teach you anything. It takes forever to start making money. They make you pay for everything, expensive nike uniform shirts, jackets, id card, sales license, business cards. Everything comes out of your check. Most deals are Mini Deals which are $250-400 dollars, so the pay is mediocre at best, and for every 3 customers you sell, maybe ONE will get approved financing. There are to many salesman to compete with. There are almost 30 salesman. No one cares about you, you are a number. I've seen 3 salesman be fired a couple others quit in the span of a couple months. You will not like this job unless you literally plan to dedicate your entire life to sales. The pay doesn't justify the hours. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS JOB. I repeat AVOID THIS JOB.
