      You will receive a crash course in the managerial fallacy of shared multitasking responsibility where you are delegated blame and a golden few are given the credit.

      Cons

      The company is very cliquish and often hostile to people from outside the Hammond/Livingston area. Do not expect an atmosphere of mutual respect and professionalism because the opposite is true.

      At first they make you feel a part of the team and love when you take command of the numbers quadrupling this last years numbers. Your a hero

      Jealous GSM if you make more money then him. Back stabbing, lying and deceit from owners and upper management.
