The pay and benefits are below average. So, they've decided that either you're a family oriented company with poor pay and benefits or you have good pay and poor culture. They've never heard of a company called Google that offers both. Unfortunately, hours worked equal more money than efficiency. The email system being used as a political forum is also annoying.
