      Pros

      Robust and big organization. With a lot of good projects across the geography of the country. All projects are funded by the government. Good teams and good environment

      Cons

      Being such a big organization, promotion is hard. Also, for the same reason, the decision making process is not agile and may end up generating some kind of frustration
