Pros
- No need to worry about tech winter or layoff - Many allowance (Project, Yearly Bonus, Family, Overtime) - Overall you don't need to worry when there's a tech winter, because they will never layoff and the salary will be paid even if in that month you're not involve in any project (if only the Project Manager doesn't assign you to any project yet)
Cons
- Very small room for growth - Since this is an IT Consultant, you'll be assigned to available project, so you cannot focus on the role that you apply. Let's say you apply as Data Engineer, maybe in the first month you'll get data engineering project, but in the second month you have a chance to be assigned to web dev project (and you might never involve in data engineering project anymore) - No career path - Too comfy until you forget to improve yourself. It's only suit for people that looking for sustainability
