Pros

Free lunch on Monday's, Free parking downtown,

Cons

This company is, without a doubt, a nightmare for anyone seeking a professional and supportive work environment. Consider this a severe warning to anyone looking into joining their ranks. Let's dissect the "management" here. The leadership style is less about guidance and more about dictatorial control, consistently pushing employees to "sit down, shut up, and stay in their lane." Any attempt to explore internal growth opportunities is met with threats of termination. Support for employees is virtually non-existent; individuals are left to navigate challenges entirely on their own. Managers are frequently unresponsive, consistently missing scheduled meetings without communication, and seemingly more engaged with internal chat platforms than with their team's needs. Initial one-on-one coaching sessions are often cut short, with managers providing only generic and unhelpful feedback while being visibly distracted. The lack of professionalism permeates all levels, with even senior management routinely using profanity in all-hands meetings, creating an uncomfortably juvenile atmosphere. The AE program itself is a testament to disorganization, particularly for those with prior experience. The hiring strategy appears to be a "throw spaghetti at the wall" approach, bringing in a large volume of people with minimal effective training on essential systems like Salesforce. This fosters a pervasive culture of anxiety, as the company is known for its abrupt and unannounced terminations. This constant fear of job insecurity makes it nearly impossible for sales representatives to focus on their core responsibilities. Beyond the clear operational deficiencies, there's a disturbing disregard for professional boundaries. Managers are habitually late for scheduled meetings, take personal calls during employee time, and have engaged in inappropriate physical contact with employees. This is not a professional workplace; it's a dysfunctional environment that actively undermines employee well-being. This company treats its employees as disposable assets, offers negligible real support or training, and cultivates an environment of fear, unprofessionalism, and chaos. Anyone considering a position here should seriously reconsider and seek opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Comprehensive Industry Exposure: You gain a complete understanding of how the corporate ecosystem functions, specifically mastering the complex "ins and outs" of the facilities maintenance sector. Structured Professional Development: The internal promotion and hiring systems provide clear pathways for employees to advance their careers without needing to leave the organization. Adaptive Training Protocols: The company continuously updates its training mechanisms to keep pace with changing operational demands and shifting corporate standards.

Cons

Risk of Inexperienced Leadership: An over-reliance on internal hiring can occasionally place individuals in high-level management roles before they have acquired sufficient experience to handle complex challenges. Transactional Sales Approach: The heavy focus on meeting aggressive revenue targets can sometimes overshadow the need for a truly consultative sales process, potentially impacting the quality of the client relationship. Diminished Diagnostic Selling: When the culture prioritizes volume and immediate goals, the space for deep, consultative problem-solving with customers can be restricted. Operational Silos: The existing management structure may struggle to bridge the gap between high-level corporate directives and the specialized training needs of the field or lower-level teams. Multi-Level Complexity: The internal organizational hierarchy can become cumbersome, sometimes creating friction between the speed of growth and the ability to maintain consistent quality across all divisions.
