Pros

Misery loves company, co-workers, and direct managers made it worthwhile.

Cons

Everything else. Can't decided if they want to be a tech company or a facility maintenance company, right now they are not doing either very good at all. Will squeeze every bit of margin out of the customer and providers, do whatever they can to pay the employees less. 40 hour work weeks do not exist, 50-60 hours plus. But they will not pay you for anything over 40. Consistent change, never any time to see any of the change taken effect. Upper management and C-suite are so out of touch with company operations that it is comical. The individuals who are actually using their software have no say in anything that is changed with it. Their way or the highway. Firing people is extremely common if you disagree with management or you need to be used as a scape goat. Everything is smoke and mirrors to lure people into this company, then you see how it really is once you are there. I would not recommend this company to a goldfish.
