Pros
Some of the people are great and able to build working friendships. Work-Life Balance depends on your manager and if they like you or not.
Cons
While they offer some opportunities for learning and professional growth, there are significant challenges within the organization that hinder a positive work environment. One of the primary concerns is the toxic behavior that is often rewarded, creating a culture where backstabbing, information hoarding, and undermining colleagues are not only tolerated but sometimes encouraged. Management seems to be divided between those who hold onto outdated approaches and those who are inexperienced, leading to inconsistent leadership and a lack of direction. This results in poor decision-making and a disconnect between management and staff. The C-level executives operate in an autocratic manner, focusing on metrics and incentives that don't always align with the best interests of the team or the company’s long-term success. As a result, the value that individuals can bring to the organization is often overlooked, and creativity and collaboration are stifled. The company also relies heavily on antiquated processes that lack visibility, making it difficult for teams to work efficiently or align with modern industry practices. Communication is often strained, and efforts to improve processes are met with resistance. Overall, I would not recommend working here unless you're comfortable navigating a highly challenging environment with toxic individuals in positions of authority, which can make the work experience unnecessarily stressful. For those seeking a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, this may not be the right fit.
