If you're passionate about the work of diversity, equity, and inclusion you'll love this platform going into it. The opportunity to connect with companies, across industries, and help them with their strategy is amazing. Definitely a pro to expand your network.
Cons
Turnover is extremely high and there's almost no structure so once you come in, you're almost having to start from the ground up. The problem isn't necessarily the work, it's the approach to the work. If you're looking to be approach your craft through a creative lens, you'll struggle. It's not an environment where they practice internally, what's preached externally. At all.
