Friendly co-workers & management. Very understanding & reasonable about time off requests & scheduling. Hours & pay were good.

Senior management not always good about keeping all departments on the same page regarding sales, specials, etc. Slight lack of communication between management & employees at times. Slow business during off peak times of year (not their fault, just the nature of the business).

A lot of stuff to learn, to do. The job keeps you busy all the time. Very nice hard-working people to work with. Small team with a lot of opportunities.

Chemical lab always has some vaporized chemicals in the air. Really fast pace working environment. with long working hours. Short and late lunch break. You have to work more than 6 years or so to get good benefits.
