While DFP has had some growing pains, it has all led to this being a great place to work. The leadership of this company is truly genuinely concerned with the wellbeing of the employees here, demonstrated in very real ways over the last year. Everyone is united by the common purpose of saving lives, which is a great thing to work for every day. The work environment is flexible, supportive, and fun. The people are all easy to work with and genuinely care about making clients happy, which is a nice change compared to many other companies out there. DFP often (almost always) fills leadership positions from within, giving its people a chance to grow in their career.
